Policies

Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

  • Return/Exchange: We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy, applicable only if the item is brand new and the original box/seal is unopened.

  • Warranty: All warranties are provided in accordance with the vendor's terms and conditions, with coverage ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the product.

  • Exclusions: Electrical or physical damage is not covered under warranty.

  • Spares & Accessories: No warranty is provided for spares and accessories. However, if a spare or accessory is non-functional upon first use, it may be returned within 7 days.

  • B2B & Customized Orders: These orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged under any circumstances.

Delivery Information:

  • Stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days, till the stock lasts. If the item is unavailable, delivery may take 6–8 weeks, subject to the availability of the same model with vendors.

  • Non-stock and customized orders: Delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks.

Maintenance & Support

  • As all devices come with a warranty, if further maintenance is required, SIS will offer onsite maintenance services for the specific unit free of charge. This service will be provided after engaging the authorized service center from the vendor. It's applicable for the duration of the warranty period as mentioned in the warranty appendix.

  • Note: If the item Maintenance is out of warranty, then all the charges occur from service center will be payable by Client.

  • For example, if there is physical screen damage and the cost of a replacement screen is SAR 350 while the repair cost is SAR 250, then SRC will be charged the same amount without any additional markup or profit.
